About GoshFit

Hi, I'm Matthew Bykes.

I've been training consistently for 13 years. Not because I find it easy — I add weight fast, and I lose it slow. I've stayed consistent because I built the right habits and used the right reminders, until showing up stopped being a decision.

I built GoshFit because Nigerian food makes “watch what you eat” feel impossible. It's not. There's a way to enjoy jollof, eba, suya, swallow — and still hit your goals. You just need a system that understands the food you actually eat.

I also built the website and member-scanning system Superman Gym uses every day. GoshFit is what happens when someone who trains, builds software, and eats Nigerian food sits down to make the fitness app he's always wanted.

What if I'm advanced — is this for me?

Also yes. The Advanced Push/Pull/Legs plan is a 9-week, 6-days-a-week split with heavier compounds and proper periodization. Built for people who already know what they're doing.

I'm not in Nigeria — can I still use it?

Yes. If you eat Nigerian food and want a fitness app that gets it, GoshFit works for you wherever you are. Payment in Naira via Paystack works internationally.
